Rogue River Preserve Walk with Southern Oregon Land Conservancy

Come and join the Southern Oregon Land Conservancy, KS Wild, and Rogue Riverkeeper on a collaborative walk through the Rogue River Preserve near Eagle Point. During this walk, we will discuss our campaign goals for the next year in the Rogue Basin while enjoying the beauty of spring and the early-blooming posies.

We may even see the federally endangered large-flowered woolly meadowfoam in flower. The preserve features two miles of river-front, an enormous floodplain forest, oak woodland, chaparral, and vernal pool-mounded prairie and is home to 37 special status (rare and declining) plants and animals.
