The OR Water Resources Department (OWRD) is the primary agency for water law and management in the state. The Jackson County Watermaster is the local on-the-ground staff person for the middle and upper Rogue, representing OWRD and managing water resources and implementing regulation. We will learn about the current state, and the future, of water resources management in the Rogue Basin. The discussion will be followed by a moderated Q & A.
