Please join KS Wild with supporter, Ilene Gregorian, for a Forest Bathing walk up in Mount Ashland. Please note that this is not a long, strenuous hike but instead a lovely walk with times to sit and explore Forest Bathing, otherwise known in Japan as Shinrin-Yoku.

The location is not steep but at a slight incline and we've picked this site so many people at whatever fitness can join in for this Sunday morning forest bath. All that you are required to bring is some water and something to sit on.
