"The economy is a wholly owned subsidiary of the environment, not the other way around. "   - Senator Gaylord Nelson

Since its inception in 2002, the 1% for the Planet network has become one of the largest funders of non-profit environmental work around. With more than 1,400 business members in 38 countries each contributing 1% of their total sales each year, 1% for the Planet has initiated more than $50 million in environmental giving in the past ten years. KS Wild is thrilled to be a non-profit recipient member of this network. We are deeply grateful to the businesses that have made this significant commitment to supporting our work.

KS Wild’s 1% for the Planet business partners include:

Eric Strong Furniture

Full Circle Real Estate

Shypoke Vineyards

Please support these businesses and/or consider becoming a member of 1% for the Planet yourself to help KS Wild protect and restore the Klamath-Siskiyou. By joining 1% for the Planet, businesses can help drive positive environmental change and gain recognition for their commitment. In addition, as an active member of the network, they can promote further action on the part of consumers, their employees and other companies. Joining also creates an opportunity to engage in a dialogue with both KS Wild and 1% for the Planet’s memberships, foster new business relationships, connect with like-minded individuals and share ideas and resources.

With the exception of very modest annual dues, a business’ entire donation goes directly to the group(s) it chooses to support. Membership in 1% is a clear indicator of sincere commitment to sustainability. A growing base of consumers recognize this commitment in the products they buy, the brands they support, and in our members’ use of the 1% logo.
