Please join us for a Fall Forest Bathing walk on Mount Ashland. Please note that this is not a long, strenuous hike but instead a lovely walk with times to sit and explore Forest Bathing, otherwise known in Japan as Shinrin-Yoku.

The location is not steep but at a slight incline and we've picked this site so many people at whatever fitness can join in for this Sunday morning forest bath.
