Rogue River-Siskiyou NF Signs Slater Logging Decision

The final portion of roadside hazard logging following the 2020 Slater Fire is scheduled to occur on the Wild Rivers District of the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. The fire was started by powerlines on a windy red flag day and spread quickly, severely damaging the town of Happy Camp and racing to the Oregon border. Read KS Wild’s comments here.
