Whetstone Savanna is a spring wildflower haven and home to two federally listed endangered plants, Cook's desert parsley and large-flowered meadowfoam, as well as threatened vernal pool fairy shrimp. During this family-friendly work party, volunteers will help remove invasive curly dock from vernal pools to improve the native habitat.
