Late winter is the perfect time to walk the south facing slopes of the Rogue River Trail to beautiful Whisky Creek. This trail offers views of the Wild and Scenic Rogue River Gorge, and
is one of the first places in our region where spring begins to show itself.
This is an historic moment to walk into the Zane Grey roadless area, as KS Wild is working hard to protect this area as Wilderness. Moderate-difficult, 7-miles with steep and narrow sections of trail. Carpool leaves Evo’s Cafe in Ashland at 10am and meets at Graves Creek Boat Ramp at 11:30am.
