The Jordan Cove/Pacific Connector LNG project would build an import terminal in Coos Bay and a 235-mile pipeline through the Coos, Coquille, Umpqua, Rogue and Klamath watersheds. Proposing to cross 379 streams, the pipeline would have detrimental impacts on salmon. We will walk a portion of the pipeline route through the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest and discuss the project's myriad impacts on private land, public land, fish, wildlife, energy independence and surrounding communities, as well as the project's current status. Please call to RSVP at 488-5789.
Meet at Evo's Cafe in Ashland at 9am and at the Fred Meyer parking lot*
in Medford (2424 Crater Lake Hwy) at 9:40am. * Meet outside the Fred Meyer entrance that faces Crater Lake Highway.
